Cancellation Policy
To best serve all clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service total, which will be deducted from your deposit.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total and may require a new deposit to rebook.
Deposits are required to secure all bookings and are applied toward your service total. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
